- Session Summaries - Attend 3 sessions and the Inclusive Arts Education Symposium and write a summary for each session. Assignment Template

- Reflection and Future Plan - Write a 5-8 page (double-spaced) paper with the following two sections.
- Reflection on what you learned and experienced at the Inclusive Arts Education Symposium.
- Future Plans that detail ideas for how you could implement inclusive arts education practices that you learned at the conference.
- Lesson Plan - Create a lesson plan that reflects something you learned at the Inclusive Arts Education Symposium and exemplifies inclusive arts strategies. The lesson plan can be for a class you currently teach or for one you plan to teach in the future. Include which Iowa Fine Arts Standards are addressed in the lesson plan.
- Teaching Log - Keep a log of teaching for at least 6 days (approx. 30 hours of teaching). Document aspects of your teaching you consider to be inclusive and/or related to what you learned at the Inclusive Arts Education Symposium. Note: If you are not currently teaching, contact the instructor for an alternative assignment.
